I'm Phil
Founder of Doing It For Doris and digital transformation expert with over 14 years social care experience.
I started my transformation career in Retail, but it was IT transformation that led me to Social Care.​
During my 14 years in the industry I've been fortunate enough to help some of the largest names in social care transform their business. I've worked across the sector including residential LD, Homecare, Complex Care, Extra Care, and Supported Living. I have held various roles from operational management of a complex care service, to managing a number of support services, from operational support to delivering transformational programmes and change management.

I started Doing It For Doris Consulting for two reasons: I wanted to offer my experience of working with the larger social care providers to a wider audience and wanted to make sure that Doris (the person being looked after) is at the centre of everything we do.
